If you plan to purchase any of the items presented here, we expressly invite you to email us to enquire more information. We will try our best to provide you with details of the condition of the piece(s) and any damage it may have sustained over the years. Do ask whatever questions you may have, regarding its state of preservation, its history and estimated period of manufacture. We can forward additional pictures if needed. Just give us the code name of your chosen piece and in which section it is contained.

All items are shipped via FedEx or Singapore Post for local purchases. Any prices stated on the website is in Singapore Dollars. Naga Arts & Antiques will be happy to oblige in quoting prices in US$ if preferred. Exchange rates are dependant on current foreign exchange rates and may vary. All insurance, shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be added to the price of the object shipped.

All sales will be subject to sales tax and inclusive in the price offered unless otherwise stated. Notification of any tax to be incurred will be sent via email or the transaction receipt.

Customs clearance and transportation charges within the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the buyer, except for prepaid door to door service. Clients can enquire further about our preferred transportation services for your voluminous shipment, although it may take longer to get a reply on the cost of transportation. Naga Arts & Antiques does not make a profit from shipping goods.

All sales are final with the following two exceptions:

Any item purchased from us may be unconditionally returned within 7 days of the date of receipt at the condition that the purchaser advises us of his desire to return the object after his initial inspection. The purchaser will be responsible for the payment of all packing, freight and insurance changes. Refunds will be issued after return of the object in the same condition as when it was shipped.

If any item proves not to be as described, we will refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase if returned in the same condition as sold.
